    Leader, visionary, innovator and philanthropist — Paul Muratore is a forward-thinking, high-energy executive whose talents carried him to the top of his profession. With a firm commitment to integrity and excellence, Paul rose rapidly through the ranks to guide two industry-leading companies over his 30-year career.

    Paul Muratore was President and CEO of Talent Partners, the leader in talent and production support services for more than 750 agency and advertiser clients representing 1,500 brands and over $1 billion in annual billings. In his 13 years at the helm, Paul spearheaded a visionary transformation of this 50-year-old company, from a specialty payroll service to a powerhouse provider of more than 125 essential services for the ever-evolving advertising industry. The firm’s client roster included 23 of the Top 25 largest U.S. advertising agencies and 23 of the Top 25 largest U.S. advertisers. Paul led the charge to make Talent Partners a global enterprise with launches in Europe and Canada, adding many international clients.

    Prior to joining Talent Partners, Paul spent 18 years at Donovan Data Systems, rising to Executive Vice President and Director of Client Services ultimately leading specialized teams in the design and implementation of media, production and financial systems for the most prominent advertising agencies and media specialists around the globe.

    Having honed his leadership skills in client management and technology, it is no surprise that Paul became a thought-leader whose viewpoints continue to shape the media and entertainment industries at large. Since 2007, he has served as a trustee
    of The Screen Actors Guild Producers Pension & Health Plans. He continues to shape and implement the many SAG-AFTRA contracts with the commercial industry. Paul keeps clients informed on the impact to their business via a series of speaking engagements in cities coast-to-coast and through bylined articles in industry news outlets. He has also been a featured
    speaker at The Association of National Advertisers and has been sought out for his thoughts on important industry trends
    in publications including The New York Times and Variety.

    Paul currently leads a strategic consulting firm advising executives looking to reposition their brand, preparing for material growth, and providing coaching to CEOs new to the private equity world. He leverages his experience to create and communicate a compelling vision, develop and execute on key strategies and deliver consistent, outstanding results. Paul also provides strategic investor advice by identifying investment opportunities, evaluating potential acquisition targets, participating in the diligence process, and serving on company boards.

    In 2016, Paul founded Connections, where our mission is to work to help society’s most vulnerable children so that they become educationally proficient, economically productive and socially responsible members of their communities. Connections is unique in that it provides one-on-one, long-term mentoring support to youth ages 15–25 in residential treatment centers and other foster care situations.
